My attributes to this candidacy are:

• I will work to provide you the consumer with the highest quality water at the lowest rates possible.
• I am committed on improving the lines of communication to insure that you are informed on water issues and how they affect you.
• I have a proven record of community involvement having served on the Baldwin Park Chamber of Commerce for the past six years as a Royal Ambassador and Board of Directors.
• As a business owner I have been acknowledged by Congresswoman Hilda Solis, California State Assembly, as well as local Cities and Politicians.

Rolando Valera, a resident of Baldwin Park for the past 16 years. I am married to my wife Lorraine for over 15 years and have two sons, Adrian and Ryan.
